Salini Impregilo is hiring an Area Cost Control Manager who, based in the Asia Pacific, will oversee Company projects for the Area.

He/she will be responsible for the progress, analysis and cost management of the projects in the Area, by managing and addressing project Cost Control functions ,in compliance with the set budget and resources.



  • Preparing the bid reorganization, the budget and the forecast for the Area, in accordance with the set WBS/WBE, under the supervision of the Administration and Finance Manager, in cooperation with the project;
  • Providing monthly reports to the relevant project and area personnel;
  • Assisting with the financial decision making activities, by providing performance trends analyses;
  • Monitoring the project, during the execution phase, by analyzing and comparing the achieved results against the budget, to identify any variants;
  • Revising analyses of all project activities, and factoring achieved performance in relation to new economic targets,to anticipate recurrent forecasts;
  • Gathering daily production data from the job site;
  • Performing cost analysis simulation backed by empirical data that aims at improving production and reducing risk contribution to the overall project success;
  • Any other ad hoc duties set by the Administration and Finance Manager. 



  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similarly based, managerial role in projects of similar size and complexity, and preferably within a construction environment;
  • Sound budgeting and forecasting knowledge;
  • General knowledge of the construction site process;
  • Proficiency in SAP and office based software;
  • General knowledge of personnel, inventory and subcontractor management;
  • Background experience in estimating and scheduling (preferred, butnot essential);
  • Project management background (preferred, but not essential);
  • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Excellent speaking and written skills;
  • Full command of the English language; knowledge of Italian is desirable.
