For our Headquarters, we are looking for an Internal Communication Manager.

The candidate will work in our Corporate & Internal Communication structure.

He/she will be responsible for creating and implementing the Group's brand positioning strategy within the company, while also supporting and promoting a common shared corporate culture.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the creation of the Group's Internal Communication strategic plan and of detailed internal communication ones, while also defining all relevant guidelines - both for traditional channels, and for digital ones - in line with the Corporate Communication strategy;
  • Supporting the development of the general architecture for preparing publishing plans of the Internal Communication online channels and for their management, constantly monitoring their correct functioning, coordinating with IT managers and external vendors;
  • Preparing content and internal communication documents for the Group, at a global level, and also specific ones according to the various geographical areas/countries, while interacting with corporate managers and contacts, so as to guarantee that all formats and contents are coherent with regard to the internal communication guidelines;
  • Coordinating and implementing internal communication programmes and initiatives, and employee engagement projects, to create a sole Group cultural identity, while promoting employee loyalty and sense of belonging;
  • Managing internal communication events for employees, both as regards content and for organizational aspects and logistics ones;
  • Defining and preparing key messages and internal communication content that the Top Management must send to employees both for ordinary situations and critical ones, while also making sure that this content is distributed to all business functions and geographical areas/countries;
  • Supporting the definition and implementation of guidelines for managing "Live" communication channels (road shows, web calls, webcastings) and communication material (brochure, leaflets, gadgets);
  • Supporting the definition and implementation of specific internal brand promotion projects, through implementing Employ Advocacy programmes that are aligned to the brand reputation strategy;
  • Supporting the definition and implementation of specific communication projects during change management processes aligned to the Group's strategy and organizational evolution;
  • Carrying out benchmark analyses and best practice connected to brand engagement activities and internal communication, for continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Specialist University Degree in Liberal Studies;
  • Minimum 8/10 years’ experience as Internal Communication Manager for multinational companies preferably within a Communication Department;
  • Fully aware of corporate context and of the organizational cultures that follow;
  • Excellent Project Management skills (external vendor management knowledge);
  • Excellent English knowledge (both written and spoken);
  • Fully accustomed on how to communicate on digital and social media;
  • Prone to Change Management and Team Working;
  • Flexibility and Mediation skills;
  • Excellent relational and communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
