HR Organization, Recruiting and Development Internship

Salini Impregilo is searching for a graduate or new graduate for a six-month-long internship in the Organization, Recruiting and Development department in its Milan headquarters.

The resource, who will be included in the Organization and Change Management team, will be involved in supporting development activities and defining the Group's organizational asset.

The training path will be carried out with a company Tutor, and will mainly focus on the following activities:

  • Mapping and analysis of corporate processes - both from a business operational point of view and as regards Compliance with internal procedures - and the identification of possible areas for improvement
  • Contributing to making processes and organizational development more efficient by collecting data from various corporate functions and processing said data
  • Mapping and reconstructing role and skills at a Global level (Corporate, Branch and Group projects)
  • Writing/reviewing Job Descriptions, starting from the analysed processes and mapped roles

 

Requirements:

  • MsC in Engineering (preferably Management Engineering) or Economics
  • A Master's degree in HR related topics or a specialization in HR related matters are a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) particularly of Microsoft Excel and data analysis systems
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Excellent analytical skills, organized and methodical approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility
  • Prone to work according to projects
  • Excellent problem solving, activity planning and deadline management skills
