We are looking for young new graduates, for our international projects, for training and development activities within our worksite warehouses.

The candidate, will work side by side with the Warehouse Manager, and will carry out the following activities:

  • Monitoring warehouse flows, particularly focusing on these activities: goods monitoring, stock forecast checks and analysis and inventory rotation
  • Monitoring procurement processes (receipt, storage and goods delivery), defining performance indicators with HQ Material Management functions;
  • Managing and monitoring the progress status of requests and purchase orders, interfacing with reference Buyers;
  • Developing and interpreting reporting methods, and KPI monitoring activities, to share with project and HQ functions;
  • Managing activities for assuring that the number of goods present in the warehouse actually correspond to the ones in the software systems.



  • Three-year Degree or MsC in Economics, Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
  • English knowledge;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Total willingness to travel abroad.
  • Capable of interacting and collaborating with the other corporate functions;
  • Proactive, resourceful and capable of working in stressful conditions
