The Supplier Quality Manager has the responsibility of:

  • The development and implementation of a Vendor Management System in compliance with the company’s HQ model and best practices;
  • Conducting International Market Intelligence activities;
  • Managing Multidisciplinary Vendor Qualification Team;
  • Implement the Vendor performance Evaluation System, including the Vendor Rating;
  • Coordinate and Support the managing, updating and maintaining the local Branch  Vendors, Contractors and Suppliers;
  • Coordinate and Support the managing local services Providers for provision of technical, financial and economic assistance (Lloyds Register, BVD, D&B, etc)




  • Master Degree – Engineering (preferred)
  • Experience in Quality Management Systems
  • Experience in Vendor Management and Assessment
  • Experience in team working
  • Experience in structured multinational companies
  • Experience in Market Intelligence activities
  • Knowledge and experience of Civil, Construction business
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards related to HSE&Q (ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 series);
  • Knowledge of Audit Criteria and relevant tools
  • Excellent IT Skills (MS Office Excel, SAP)

  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate appropriately with key stakeholders.
  • Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions with a partnering attitude
  • Good organizational skills
  • Capabilities in development and coaching of the own team and local branches resources
  • Knowledge of communication processes and relevant tools
