Job Description

The new Recruiter, reporting to the group Recruiting Manager, will search for existing job vacancies within the corporate functions and will work with the Workforce Planning and Recruiting Manager in international Advanced Search projects. This will be done by:

  • Partnering with the Hiring Manager to understand recruiting needs
  • Helping to prepare relevant selection process-related documents
  • Sourcing candidates using databases, social media, internal sources, etc.
  • Screening candidate resumes and job applications
  • Conducting interviews and assessing applicants’ relevant experiences and competencies using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
  • Applying HR recruiting best practices
  • Acting as a point of contact with the candidate during the selection process
  • Promoting the company’s reputation as “best place to work” in
  • Tracking progress on the hiring plan and providing regular reporting



  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either as an in-house recruiter or in a Recruitment Company), working on multiple projects and meeting challenging deadlines
  • Hands on experience with structured search and selection processes (direct search, database search, mapping, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
  • Experience in conducting structured competency-based interviews
  • Experience with recruiting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BS/MS Degree, preferably in Economics or Human Resources Management
  • Fluent Italian and English. Proficiency in French and/or German would be considered a plus
