Job description:

Salini Impregilo is hiring for a Proposal Manager, member of the Technical Department – Bidding, who will be responsible for coordinating the proposal from the invitation to tender up to the final submission, accordingly to the tender requirements and deadlines.

 

Specifically, by interfacing with the various company functions and coordinating the proposal team assigned on a case-by-case basis, the Proposal Manager will be responsible for:

  • Analysis of the tender documents and operational coordination of the preliminary assessment and proposal study activities
  • Preparation and monitoring of the Bid Management Plan, including Proposal Deliverables, Bid Schedule, Bid Budget and Bid Organization Chart
  • Coordination of the risk analysis and proposal opportunities
  • Coordination and assurance of the consistency between internal divisions – Estimating, Construction & Planning, Offer Documentation and Technical Engineering Services
  • Preparation of the  required final documentation for the management approval

 

Job Requirements:

  • 2/4 years of experience in coordinating international tenders of complex large-scale infrastructures
  • 4/8 years of experience in preparing international proposals for large-scale infrastructures
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent risk and cost analysis skills
  • Knowledge of the FIDIC standards
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools
  • Understanding of Primavera P6, CCS Candy and the main software packages, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent English skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with other foreign language skills
  • Availability to travel according to the needs of Bidding activities
