Job Description

We are looking for a new graduate for a 6-month internship within the Group’s Procurement Department in our Milan headquarters, within the function responsible for supporting the start-up phase of national and international worksites.

 

The training path, carried out under the guidance of a company Tutor, will mainly focus on the following activities:

  • During the tender study, identifying, under the supervision of the Bidding Support & Project Start up department, suppliers and contractors to include in the market analyses needed to define the bids;
  • Supporting the preparation and management of requests for quotation for specific projects;                           
  • Analyzing, comparing and assessing the bids received from suppliers, ensuring technical verification;
  • Managing the initial commercial and contractual negotiations, to pursue cost reduction, synergy, quality excellence targets, while optimizing lead times;
  • Preparing summary tables of the final bids, to share with the Bidding Organisational Unit.

     

 Requirements 

  • University Degree in Management or Civil Engineering;
  • Fluent English;
  • Knowledge of MS Office Excel;
  • Excellent analytical and methodological skills, while capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines.

Total willingness to travel and/or to relocate in Italy and abroad.
