The Compliance Manager, working with the Compliance team, supports the Head of Compliance in the following activities:

  • Maintain and promote the improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management System and of the related procedures
  • Support and provide opinions on anti-bribery issues
  • Work with other offices to include Compliance requirements in existing corporate processes by developing proposals for changes and updates of policies, procedures and models
  • Work in a team with other Compliance staff in conducting audits and monitoring the implementation of Compliance requirements at the headquarters and abroad.


  • Master degree in Economics or Law
  • At least 4/7 years in the Compliance office of a multinational company, or in a leading consulting firm
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Bribery Act, FCPA - Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Convention of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Legislative Decree No. 231/01, Consob Regulations
  • Excellent English skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Spanish and/or other foreign language skills
