• Educational: Degree in Economics / Civil Engineering

• 10 years of experience in the role within the international areas in the Construction sector / Major Works;

• Language: Fluency in English

• Computer skills: knowledge of Office Suite and the applications mainly used;

• full availability to move to foreign countries.


Main responsibilities

The Business Developer will have to:


  • ensure, in the country / area of ​​expertise, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and local institutions, in order to promote and consolidate the Group's image in the territory and encourage the development of new business opportunities;
  • provide the Business Development Department, in relation to the country / area of ​​expertise, the macroeconomic, market, competitive, legal, tax and financial conditions necessary for the preparation of the Group's business development plan;
  • develop in compliance with the corporate market strategies, commercial scouting activities in the country / area of ​​expertise, identifying and proposing potential interest to the Business Development Department initiatives;
  • identify and propose any alliances or other forms of collaboration to the initiatives of interest to the country / area of ​​expertise, ensuring the negotiation of association or partnership agreements, in agreement with the Business Development Department and in accordance with company procedures;
  • ensure, in coordination with the Business Development Department and the Business Departments, local support necessary for the preparation and submission of prequalification documentation and local assistance, if requested, in the editing stages of bids and contract negotiation;
  • provide the Business Development Department and the Area Managers with all the necessary information to make decisions on initiatives to attend.
